Simply hit the 'browse' or 'choose file' buttons opposite, select the files you wish to send and hit upload.

Please note: It is important that your file names include the correct 'extension' (that's the 3 letter code at the end of the name, after the full stop).

For example:
Quark .qxd
InDesign .indd
Native Illustrator .ai
EPS files .eps
Native Photoshop .psd
etc...

It is also important that you use 'web friendly' characters, ie. no symbols like %, *, &, /, etc.

In order to bring up image files in your "browse" window you may have to select "Files of type: All Files (*.*)".

If you have more than one file to upload, you should consider "zipping" or "stuffing" them into a single file.
